Slimpen didn't "change their guidance." In fact, they never said they were releasing the MYDX pen on July 18, 2018 (and neither did MYDX).

The "solid DD" consisted of assumptions based on pipe dreams, a picture on a webpage and a passage in the MYDX 10-K that was a verbal agreement, NOT a legally binding and signed contract.

Someday, it will be figured out that verbal agreements mean squat.
