What if it is not a glitch, instead maybe it is tracking Grade A SPCL stock price that is supposed to be 1000 times more valuable. That would put the Par Rate of Common Stock around $0.10ish, before the Reverse Split, & around $10ish after Reverse Split. I can live with that.
