I would hazard a guess he would be thrilled with a cash bid of that amount. Look at the amount of shares he has.

I was the PHLX equity specialist for Bema Gold over 19 years ago. Cannot believe you brought that name up. The stock symbol was BGO. I think they might have been involved in Russian mining. It was near 1 dollar when I acquired the book and I think it might have gone to 9 bucks a share near the end. That was many moons ago.
