I posted my "back of napkin" buyout # back in Jan(see below), but I think the number would have to be higher since we are more de-risked. Maybe $7-$9 per share....JMHO


6x multiple of EBIDTA of $390M = $2.34B /223,000,000 shares = 10.49/share

discount of 40% = $6.29/share??

A strategic buyer could have construction and buyout paid for after year 6 of production.

Yea, I'd take $6.29/share now......
