207 Million: current shares
403 Million: NSM holders (Fortress primarily)
444 Million: Series B holders

1.054 Billion

We know the actual number of shares totally isued for merger will be 1.117 Billion so we still have 63 million missing.

Now Large Green has been commenting about this ownership change on NOLs.

Obbiously No. Do you think that the lawyers and experts at KKR let this happen? At the very least, they should have checked with the IRS even before the merger discussion happened. And NSM is not going to agree to merge and then find out that the NOL is gone. There is no S4V or issuing of more shares besides the shares for NSM and KKR. When will the S4V theory be put to rest? One more week? One more month?
