Agreed ... why has not moved faster is a major deterrent to the share price. IMO If he would simply announce a specific plan of action, that notice would double the share price in an instant.
There has to be a reason for the silence and inaction ... that is not to say the reason is a positive one for the shareholder.
And, I'm afraid some of us are getting a little long in the tooth.
