I talked to somebody at eautodrop.com today.. think it was just a tech guy... asked him about the merger and he said that they were still going through the DD....
these damn things take time... i work in public accting and have seen these things drag on for months... bc all the little nuances in the deal are mind boggling... depending on how you structure the transaction can have huge consequences... especially now that this is a merger... who knows how the surviving entites strucutre will be and all the tax, financial, business, operational aspects are going to be worked out...
For a moment... lets all ponder the crapload of stuff that they must be dealing with right now to get this deal done and then think for a second about how stupid we all are for being so IMPATIENT!! I am holding my shares and selling some off at .10 cents...! the rest i am keeping for 5 years. OUT.
