They didn't have to include the "satisfaction" language anywhere...they acknowledge that it is a "customary condition". With or without that language if Aspire doesn't think a milestone has been met they simply don't cut a check and it's off to Court we go (maybe). Meanwhile Aspire got another 8M shares for a quarter and a stack of warrants up front just in case things go reasonably well...I suspect that the former are likely to be gone before the clock runs out.
