It is totally “loosey-goosey”. Satisfaction? Odd word choice. It is a reasonable thing to bring up that the quote is from the 8k and not the mutually signed agreement. However, the little provision is more restrictive for ipix than aspire. Which is to say it doss more to protect aspire then ipix. So then why would ipix willingly use the language...

Here is where I think wiggle room exists with the prurisol milestone as it relates to aspire’s “satisfaction.” We could see a scenario where some of the trial sites were compromised. This would reduce the total number of patients. How many tainted patients/data would it take for aspire (or anyone) to say, you know what, this trial is now fundamentally flawed even though the defined endpoint was met.

Alternatively, like with OM data, what if Leo groups patients/data in an unusual way of omits certain pieces of information? This could happen.
