Intuitive, yes when I heard that I was ecstatic. Wells Fargo is also in trouble I wonder what we will purchase from them in the near future? Citi has already talked about downsizing their servicing portfolio. Now seeing JPM selling to mr. Cooper??? Nothing but a good sign for things to come in my eyes.
