Dont think it was illegal, but it was improper for him to even mention
Tesla stock.

... not illegal because he is not an insider as defined by SEC

Agree that he was just trying to make his client seem more credible.

Wouldnt be surprised if some ringers havent been placed in Tesla, especially the factories but probably by the big shorts and union.

... big oil has a better idea than hiring workers, attorneys and newscasters.

They're investing billions in renewables, EVs, energy storage, etc.

“I’d buy the stock” wouldn’t be too good for the case. There all paid for by big oil and the shorts. All of them. The news caster, the worker, his attorney.

Bought and paid for. If you think that is an absurd claim, just think what you would do if you realized your empire can be toppled by a company like Tesla. Small moves trying to slander Tesla. The preorders will save them. Musk should be in hiding.
