As you know nFusz is pursuing a number of initiatives that management believes will be beneficial to all investors. During this process, the company’s advisors – including lawyers – suggest they limit the information disclosed in SHACs to ensure that the company remains in compliance during this important time. That said, Rory intends to release a SHAC in the near term and is reviewing the agenda and timing with the full team of advisors. As soon as that is finalized, we will advise everyone.



This is an exciting time for nFusz as it evolves, and as you might expect the way the company communicates with its shareholders – or co-owners as Rory likes to refer to them – must evolve as well.

"We are executing the Plan with a team of professionals, all of whom will be identified shortly. Be patient. It will be well worth it. As I’ve stated repeatedly, we are not a typical OTC company and soon everyone will understand what I meant."


"There’s a LOT going on right now – ALL very positive that I am not permitted to discuss at this time – and that’s why I haven’t been able to put out a new SHAC yet. There are however several terrific things that are not necessarily material, non-public information that I can discuss and will likely do so next week. Here’s a sneak preview that you can now share with others: Beginning today, we have notifiCRM TV commercials running on shows like Shark Tank, Fox Business News, MSNBC shows, CNBC shows, among many other shows and channels. We’ve got several different versions of 15 sec and 30 sec spots that we’re testing. Watch for them – they’re really great. We haven’t posted any online because we’ve created a tracking system to determine which spots, on which channels and times generate the best ROI and if we post them online it will skew the results. I hate not being able to share more – but we have to follow the rules. I can say that the company has NEVER been stronger and better positioned for meaningful value creation. This is happening – probably sooner than most think."
