Fundamental valuation is one of my areas of expertise, but as you know, the variables in this case are wide ranging. Once we get some clarity, I will post my in-depth thoughts on a range of valuations.

Thanks for sharing your insights into financing. I think the spin-off will trigger the domino effect to get the stock re-rated much higher. Maybe not the original target price that I envisioned, but certainly something markedly higher than the current market cap.
