Good to see you again R17. Regarding the financing, I know the company they have organised it with and spoke to people in there how it is probably set up. Again, the company have been restricted on this until other factors are closed out.

In terms of valuations, I have looked at similar companies and bounce my thoughts of some "professionals".

In summary, we know the company, Ankit and some of investors were expecting things to kick ahead late 17, early 2018 but there have been delays. Yes communication could have been better, but from what I can see Ankit has focused on building out the business and doing what he knows. All the posts, volatility and volume have been trade and speculation driven, hence haven't really been bothered if it falls in the short term to 0.002 or climbs to 0.01. Maybe if it drops to 0.002 I will come in for another 7 million.
