Mikes math is correct and I think the 900 million is a way inflated number which makes the share price even lower.
Tpiv is letting some institutional investor buy 45% of new company at $4 per share. And marker shareholders will own 27.5%. And tpiv shareholders will own 27.5%.
What happens when marker shares are sold ( and they will be sold fast and hard) and institutional shares are sold?? Stock is going to take a massive hit.
These guys are trying to create value with accounting and math, it’s voodoo merger.
That will leave the stock at $3-$4. I hope I’m wrong.
