Oooops! Did I forget to mention that IFUS has never technically owned the 64 acres and all the workable manufacturing equipment until it is completely paid off. IFUS is a public company with a shell that is owned by the shareholders.

Technically most people do not own their home if they are still making payments to the bank. Failure to make payments will cause you to lose your equity and the house will be awarded to the lender.

Indeed. Did the bank foreclose on that loan also???? It was not worth what IFUS owed. That is for sure based on financial documents we seen a few years ago. Way too much money borrowed verses it's asset value. And that is if and I mean a big if someone wanted to buy that barn for some lunatic reason. I heard they sold the topsoil dirt from the property to just scam anything of value from the lender. So, when do we learn the facts on where things stand now with this IFUS game??? I would like to know details on how hard the crap is hitting the fan so to speak in regards to the IFUS story!!!!!! Too funny.
