That is completely wrong. But, it is a moot point. IFUS and the counter suit are dead.

The best hope for shareholders is to sue Walther and the insiders. Walther cannot file BK for several more years and at least two of the Insiders have deep pockets. There is plenty of cause on which to base a suit. Plus, at least one of the Insiders made express price guarantees several times.
