Because WMIH does not have Billions...

Escrows may or may not have billions. We will have to see but, that doesnt mean WMIH has any $$$ unless we give them some. As some here think that could happen in a S4V event.

If escrow really owns 100 plus Billions, why not provide couple B from it’s own in this note offers and to receive 8-9% interests yearly to benefit escrow holders?

Why do we have to get finance from outside institutions, if escrow owns 100 + billions?

If escrow has that much money then we don't even need to have WMIH and NSM in the first place and therefore nothing to finance. They just need to distribute the money to us and then we can buy a lot of apples.
