Never, not in any court in the USA has Walther offered one iota of substantiation in that preposterous counter-suit. Not only that, I believe we shall shortly learn that Walther has signed over any and all IFUS assets to Adelstein. Walther may not want to admit it, but it is in writing.

No assets, NO trade secrets, NO location, NO products, NO employees, NO capital, NO CEO. There is NOTHING left!!
