All that needs to happen is to allow reasonable judgement based on science to prevail. This is what the EPA was seeking to prevent, but now their unilateral prohibition has been overcome so the road is open to reason.
Maybe this mine and fish can co-exist; maybe not.
The company has said that if it's a choice between mining and fish they will side with the fish.
They want the chance to show why they think they can build the mine without harming fish.
I say, give them a fair chance.
Shouting them down before evaluating their arguments is not good for anyone.
