That is interesting. There has been a lot of funny business going on with the GOHG shell the past few months involving shell hijacker Dempsey Mork. I have a feeling some of that funny business led to FINRA taking the action it did today.
I've started following shell hijackings more closely on my new Shell Hijackings forum
Dempsey Mork hijacked the Global Holdings Inc (GOHG) shell through the Clark County court system by filing for custodianship of the abandoned shell. He was granted his custodianship on May 2, 2017
On February 11, 2018 Mork made a new entity in Oklahoma named Cambridge Interim Corporation
On February 21, 2018, Dempsey Mork merged the Oklahoma Cambridge Holding Corp business entity into the Wyoming Global Holdings Corp entity or maybe it was the Oklahoma Cambridge Interim Corporation. The merger document uses the name of one entity at the start of the merger document but then uses the name of the other entity in the signature section.
No merge out document was done at the Wyoming SOS and even though the Wyoming entity was named Global Holdings of Wyoming, Mork used the merge in document to change the name of the Nevada entity to Cambridge Corporation.
Mork then filed a corporate action request with FINRA for approval of the name change to Cambrige Corp and a 1:1000 reverse split
On July 12, 2018 FINRA deleted the GOHG symbol with the note that the CUSIP had been suspended.
