Yes loan guarantees would be awesome. And most only provide a percentage of protection for the lenders. The lenders still have risk.
But the government can probably help provide an environment that supports & encourages financing.

What if it's not a handout? What if the Gov't does a a large loan. Say the first 250 mil. to spur more institutional & private investment. WE KNOW when this is up & running, the effets will be far reaching to MANY others companies & people... good for the masses. They could set it up like the student loans. Niocorp would make no payments till they were up & running. I recently paid off my wife's student loan... definitely not a handout :)

Do you think there will need to be 2 of the nitrogen systems, either running alternately, or 1 as a backup?

Originally there was going to be Approx 11,000 HP running ALOT! Do you think with the newer system there might be mentionable reduction to the opex long term? Less to OPPD.


Which is going to come first?
