Never to early to average down but looking at the 2 and 3 year charts this could be the low ( around 0.90 ) for how long is the question, so far all news has been a sell the news event, and untill it gets closer to leagaliztion, this maybe all we will get. My Break even is 1.92 ( CDN ) now but as we continue forward I too will buy more or sell at a high and buy more at the days low, either way better times ahead. This will at some point be more than 2.00 (CDN ) no loss so Iam not worried, just tired of saying "OH WELL ... maybe tomorrow" every time I look at it. Now, if you can average down now, YES it would be a good time.
