From the recent 8K :From the 8K its obvious what changes were made licensing of CHS in Tact just the part of the agreement where Coretec could license the 16 patented products NDSU had and use NDSU labs and staff for further R&D is gone . Simple as that

WHEREAS, Coretec sponsored research by North Dakota State University (“NDSU”) from August 14, 2015 through June 30, 2017;

WHEREAS, Coretec licensed certain technologies from NDSURF June 16, 2016 in an Exclusive License and amendments, if any (“Exclusive License”)

[b]WHEREAS, Coretec was to provide compensation to NDSURF and NDSURF was to provide certain deliverables to Coretec;

WHEREAS, a dispute arose between Coretec and NDSURF regarding compensation and deliverables;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and mutual promises herein contained, the undersigned parties covenant and agree as follows:

from the shareholder letter its clear that Coretec work with others for R&D not NDSU but will still market CHS
Coretec’s strategy, that of creating value in the application space listed above thru the use of CHS, remains unchanged. We are confident that we can provide advantageous cost, industrial scalability, and high quality CHS in the applications we have identified and others we anticipate developing. Many applications where Coretec is focused can achieve superior cost and performance by using CHS, and we are committed to developing additional IP in these application areas through use of, for example, National Labs, government grants, and jointly developed IP with our customers and partners.
