Check out the sticky on the financials. Its the latest set they have put out. I agree on that company's have to put out the possible risk factor but in the case of drink you look at the financials and that's all you see is risk after risk.

That only applies to SEC filers - DRNK is a Form 15 company - they went dark in May 2015.

There isn't any filing obligations to state and evaluate risks from a non-SEC filer.
