IMHO .. OK? .. the lab will not be done 'quickly' They will build a VN govt quarantined (sealed) GMO worm research lab in that building. Rolling down the garage door won't be good enough.
I'm picturing wallboard, ceiling and subfloor in lab area, insulation all around (protect from metal bldg sun heat), upgrade elec service, run new wire on consumer side. I'm picturing some onsite cocoon processing. Possibly new cesspool, or processing for worm waste and cocoon wash/waste water. Maybe develop a process to recover short fibers from waste water... (heh sell those to the glue guys, heh heh)
It will take months to build. MAJOR construction is needed. It's all retrofit, not prefab. Punchlists have been mentioned. Those are for errors or minor defects discovered *after* renovation, before renovation work is accepted by the buyer.
Research lab has to prove the worms are acceptable to VN govt before risking escape to local area.
Once the worms are VN approved, can switch to shade cloth tent and open baskets on iron racks.
