For being a building in that area that is already built and vacant, I'd say it's a pretty damn good job. You do understand that this was to get it up and running quickly, right? The larger facility and campus will be built from the ground up, but will take much longer.

And just pointing out, the whole town and all mulberry in area are on a mud flat, prone to seasonal flooding which will be exacerbated by global warming.

Mulberry trees need rain and flooding

I'll make sure to let the generations of farmers in that area know to be ready for their climate

I hope they put their heavy processing equipment on higher ground.
