I agree with what you're saying.

Many IR people flagrantly (and fragrantly, too! lol) lie. Their first duty is to protect the company. I've never engaged in that way, myself. My self esteem is more important to me than it apparently is for certain others.

I'm unable to say much about pennies. Sure, I've spoken with some CEOs running pennies. I've usually found them to be very creative people. But I've also recognized self-centeredness that tells me they view themselves as far more important than us shareholders. They plot their anticipated tactical measures and as a former IR person I watch them thinking, in a sense---and I wait for affirmations of my suspicions.

I rarely hold positions in pinks for this reason. I routinely figure that if they aren't subscribing to SEC filing requisites, then they're hiding---and for good reason. That, alone, has me going the other way.

I've been a shareholder in a tiny pot company that is without question a scam. Outside of that association I'm not interested in these scams.
