CJ12 FYI - just sent a message off to an editor at Android Headlines who wrote a story about the AT&T / Fibertower deal previously. John Anon. Asked him to see if he could shake loose any information why AT&T has not filed any reports with the SEC.

Gave him the various sources where the $2 Billion figure is mentioned, so he might followup with the those sources to discover where they are getting their information.
