I had saw this, but not sure it is that simple. I'm not sure that it is morally responsible of Rory to talk about who is selling and revealing this. If it is a large noteholder or warrants, I'm not sure he could even legally come out and say them by name.
It was nice last year when he told us we had a seller and how much more to expect. If he could reveal even this, it would help. Who knows though. This stock has been downright strange trading for awhile now.
