I think this is great news.

I can wait until September, if need be, for full financing information.

OTC has taken MMEX OFF a high risk category. MMEX had to submit some solid information for this to happen.

At best, that is poorly worded claim and missing a huge amount of information. You should really recheck what you wanted to post and try again with information that is not 100% incorrect.
