I think this is great news.

I can wait until September, if need be, for full financing information.

OTC has taken MMEX OFF a high risk category. MMEX had to submit some solid information for this to happen.

This is no scam.

This is a refinery being built near Ft. Stockton. The first refinery in many years.

Sometimes sh*t happens!
