It's ok to be confused here. I said EEGI is not becoming current with otc markets site because the CEO is wayyy behind Q1 and Q2 filings which are key in keeping current with that site's requirements. Why he did that you may ask. I verily believe it's because he realized it's not feasible to flodge a dead horse so he dropped the ball on those ends and decided to further what's going to make him money - which is printing more shares. The only filing he did is the one to increase A/S when he runs out of shares so he can start over. It's so plain obvious to me.
