Yup...Roger has consistently made representations over the last 15 months of the pending audit and has given projected dates of "next week" etc a dozen times.
Now we have a statement saying he can no longer make any predictions ....except for the further prediction that it will be issued "shortly" of course.....nearly three weeks ago. So obviously "shortly" is more than 3 weeks....another 3 years maybe? After all, Roger has never stated an exact date and hour, minutes and seconds of publishing.
