I noticed this too and wondered if this loss might have caused them to lighten up a bit on their extra huge investment in Amarin......but whether this loss did or not influence them, it would have had zero to do with their knowledge of anything about whether the R-IT results coming out within the next two months will be negative (or positive, as I believe....which is the main reason I am long and will remain long, at least until R-IT is reported......I seriously doubt whether constance capitol or Baker Brothers have now or in the past, been trading on inside information.

Get real !! An institutional investor can compartmentalize each investment based on it’s fundamentals. Unless you’re facing massive redemptions, you don’t sell your most promising investment!!
