Say what again?....Old commons and all their documents were cancelled while the TPS and the supporting assets went to JPM, whereas the former investors rights were converted to WMI Preferred stock, as per the "Exchange Event",...the documents clearly states such. They are called FACTS!!!

Thats 100% false statement.Every Prefereds Serial Class have an Diferent Issuance Conditions and Perpetual Profit and SEC Filling and therefor is based in diferent Trust except the TPS which have never had an TRust becouse of its time but non the Less were subdued to the Cayman Class of assets.The other One the P and K also have diferent TRustees and Set of Triger Conditions.Now keep mengling things and you will get naked when the Bullies come in the room.
