Problem is, NWBO is on record as saying that simply getting an event count takes a couple weeks.

The only thing that could possibly take significant time and expense is a datalock.

I would guess:

Spring '15 they took a datalock for IA-1 (rebooted).
Spring '16, IA-2
Spring '17, the final PFS analysis

Yeah NWBO can remain formally blinded while unblided analysis are performed. As NWBO has already stated, they can keep the trial blinded while it is actually analysed unblinded.

NWBO is taking advice from the stat team on when to unblind (LP has asserted this). So simply give them instructions to reccomend and unblind only if the trial has worked. Presto!

Will there be results by end of this decade? I predict not.
