How is it possible that WMIH “is in control of all cash and assets not included in, or governed by, the bankruptcy court.” WMIH didn’t even exist prior to 2012. I believe that any cash or other assets there may be belongs to those who owned WMI shares (now holders of escrows) at the time of the bankruptcy filing. Those assets, in my opinion, certainly could be purchased by WMIH if they so desire
