Time did tell us that Ponder wanted to focus on telecom side, but it also told us that MVTG was not worthless.

If Ponder would have just treated MVTG as worthless and dropped MVTG SGSI would not have gotten cash, stocks back and retain the debts of MVTG.

MVTG had value to SGSI.
