Please get your fact straight and stop trying to spread fake news.

As you like to say, time will tell. The mvtg tech was thrown out as worthless, we'll see who's right on the next....

MVTG tech was never I repeat never an interest to Ponder or Hayter.

From day one they made it crystal clear that their interest was to grow the telecom side of the business not MVTG side.

If was not thrown out as worthless but sold for cash, stock return and debt removal.

As far as a possible stock split it still may or may not happen, management told us in April 2018 when it would be announced, Q3 (see time line), it was expected.

If there is a stock split the size of the split will be determined by the stock price at that time.

With 2 acquisitions planned with nearly 50 million a year in revenue plus a few profitable quarters time will tell.
