The CCA proceeding didn’t impact UAMA at all, any staff / resources lost were not ours. They never were.
TNW Wireless and IFramed + Uama parent were not involved in the CCA
The Only overlap was that TNW Networks (ours) was pulled in as the company pooled invoices into the same business account as other Investel units (not ours). These Units went into receivership, it got complicated. Some money paid to TNW Networks belonged to us. That money was agreed / returned. No idea how much came to us or how much went to Investel, but it was agreed as correct. Our limited involvement is now at an end.
In fact the whole CCA could be over, don’t think there is anything still under dispute. If there is, it has nothing to do with us.
Let me put it another way. Investel is NOT Uama.
