David isn't that BOBVIOUS, the separation is THOSE THAT HOLD MARKERS will imho get the real ONE TIME BIG BANG(accumlated cash and possibly shares, and then ALL will get the ongoing bang from the creation of a huge co with LOTS of assets coming back here VIA A SUB, so right up to the threshold of the debtor but never entering the house.
Or at least this is how I see it going down BUT I COULD EASILY BE WRONG too

Everything that was OWNED SH trusts whatever ONLY BELONGS to marker holders and IMHO can be bought, then tat come to NSM and all benefit.

Like I have said before
YOU sell you house and the guy that gets your house starts renting it out and STILL SHARES part of the rent with ya.

Marker holder imho will be bought out but the co WMIH appreciates value wise because of it.

75/25 was a PUNISHMENT to the dips to force them to allow us to remain becasue the JUDGE saw something more here and tehy sure couldn't jump up and say HEY WAIT we had a plan by where we got it ALL!
