We should be watching both FINRA (of course) for the full-blown SYMBOL and NAME CHANGE.....BUT....also be checking the OTC site where the SEC filings appeared...as it's common FIRST for an "ATTORNEY OPINION LETTER" to be posted prior to the FINRA ACTION....
Lawyers do not write opinion letters for 10Q's or 10K's. They are written for "Other" OTC filers and not for SEC filings.
