CHECK FINRA..AND OTC WEBSITE..."ATTORNEY LTR" likely....

We should be watching both FINRA (of course) for the full-blown SYMBOL and NAME CHANGE.....BUT....also be checking the OTC site where the SEC filings appeared...as it's common FIRST for an "ATTORNEY OPINION LETTER" to be posted prior to the FINRA ACTION....

The letter would appear right there and be written by William Aul, their SEC/Securities attorney from San Diego CA.

He's written many such "OPINION LETTERS". It's basically their securities attorney stating, "I'VE REVIEWED THE FILINGS TO DATE, AND IN MY EXPERT OPINION, THEY REPRESENT A TRUE AND ACCURATE REPRESENTATION OF THE FINANCIALS OF THE COMPANY FRFS UP TO THE POINT THIS ACTION IS TAKING PLACE"...blah blah blah.....very common to see....

Here's an example of one he wrote prior and also, below is a link to the little "Chinese car company" recent reverse merger- and one will notice they did EXACTLY AS GIFA JUST DID which was to file past, older SEC 10-Q's (three in a row) to bring the biz to the last point it was functioning- THEN their attorney wrote their OPINION LETTER and it gets posted to the OTC SITE and is part of the FINRA review package....

SEE THAT...2018....WILLIAM AUL...wrote to OTC an "OPINION LETTER" for a company called Alliance Creative Group, Inc.

It's a VERY common part of the process......

Here is the "Chinese Car REVERSE MERGER" and one will note that a similar "ATTORNEY OPINION LETTER" just preceded their FINRA final approval and REVERSE MERGER COMPLETION....

SEE THAT..."ATTORNEY LETTER WITH RESPECT TO CURRENT INFORMATION" blah blah blah....I expect something similar in the GIFA situation from attorney William Aul....at least I think it's highly likely...SOON...

I'd "guess" ATTORNEY WILLIAM AUL already sent that letter to the OTC in NY...right when the qty-3 SEC 10-Q's were filed...and it takes about 30 days to process....which is RIGHT ABOUT NOW...for the OTC to hopefully post it....THEN FINRA....then CLEARED FOR VERTICAL CLIMB TAKEOFF.....
