Where did $BCAP ever state it received a contract resulting from Hurricane Irma? If the company didn't say that, it likely isn't true.

What is a fact though, is on May 1, 2018 Baron Capital Enterprise, Inc. filed its 2018 Annual Report and was updated at FLSOS. Subsequent to that time there's been some trading in the market.
