Pumping and dumping requires something from Dr C and that hasn't happened since we have been in the dark over a year.

Xnrgi is advertising patents that belong to NEAH.

NEAH trades and XNRGI doesn't.

The central index key number for Neah and Xnrgi is the same. The CIK number is used by the SEC's computer systems to identify corporations . Neah and XNRGI Are the same company. See my post #26635

Dude XNRGI is NEAH Power apparently you dont follow the board if you dont even know this. The official government website proves that much with the listing lol
