I assume what you are referring to is the conversion of debt to commons. This has been addressed already, and from what I understand the conversion will not or cannot take place for an amount of time.

I do not believe this is the big d we are dealing with completely.

I also believe it was confirmed the AS will not need to be raised. As of now, until we are officially informed on the OS, one can only say the OS is what is stated at just shy of 1bil shares.
