I have not called yet, but you can call the transfer agent for the companys share to get the current outstanding stock Ill post the info below.

They usually can give it to you on the phone, if not then by email.

I do not own any stock here, but do like some aspects of the company's business. It just seemed (to me at least) that a lot of stock was only recently converted and out there to sell right into any buying. Does not mean it wont be ok in the longer term..
