the club claims they are the only one with Bain's original recipe and all others are merely guesses, kind of like the coke formula.

Similar to your A-1 story in that it was used to cover up the wild gamey flavor of which I've never been a fan of any game.

I know I don't care for Heinz 57, but I like the Henry Bain sauce, the problem being getting my steaks to the Pendennis Club. ;-)
