I just had a conversation with Jonathan Adams of BIVI. He and I are both on travel, hence it was short. Wording below is mine.

With this financing by Aquitas, Jonathan is very excited as to BioVie's prospects, and, if results come out as expected, they anticipate charging ahead to finish the Phase 2a and begin Phase 2b. FDA may further agree to Phase 2B transitioning into a Phase 3 (if they are lucky, in my view).

With the funding from Aquitas and their majority interest, Aquitas staff will take over the CEO slot and Jonathan will become COO and President, with no change in his actual day-to-day duties.
